Important Update
Following the government announcement on the 28th May, we are happy to announce that Rotherholme Dental is able to re-open.
As you are aware, the practice already maintains an impeccably high level of cleanliness and safety however, we are working toward providing an EVEN safer environment with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We have been working tirelessly to source the highest standard of PPE which is in extremely short supply so please bear with us as our absolute priority is to keep staff and patients safe. Once we feel our high safety standards have been met, we will open the doors for face-to-face contact again.
Our phone lines will be live from Thursday 4th June. We will be prioritising appointments for those that are suffering or have suffered dental emergencies during the lockdown period and those patients who we had to cancel mid-treatment prior to lockdown.
We have had to cancel numerous routine appointments since the lockdown began and we will endeavour to see everyone again as soon as possible. We have compiled a list of patients who have been cancelled, and we will be getting in touch with you over the coming weeks to rearrange your appointment.
Could we politely ask for patients not to call the practice to book for routine appointments as we would like the phone lines to be free for emergency appointments at this time. For routine appointments could you email [email protected].
Please do not attend the practice if you do not have an appointment.
There will be changes in the way the practice operates and the responsibilities of our patients; this will be posted in detail in due course.
Thank you again for your patience in this difficult time. We are very excited to be seeing you all again soon!
